Parent feedback - summer 2023:
“Just some nice feedback to pass on to you.
The EP phoned me today and she said that X’s application was the best one that she has ever read!
She said that due to his application he got given a stage 1 no dispute. So he will be given an EHCP”.
Education and Health Care Plans can cause parents a lot of anxiety and concerns. My established and successful parent support services can help move forward the EHCP process for your child.
I am an established SEN Adviser and Tribunal Representative.
Prior to this role I worked in local authority schools for 18 years up to the summer of 2019, in primary, junior and secondary school settings, and have held the positions of class teacher, SENCo, Head of Teaching and Learning, Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Leader. I have worked with every year group from Nursery up to and including Year 13.
This provides me with a huge amount of experience from which I can draw upon. This is to the extent that head teachers, SENCos, and other advocates, also ask me for advice.
I have been writing EHCP and Tribunal appeal applications for 10 years and am also the author of 'LiStEN to me - A guide to help you get the best SEN support for your child'.
Drawing upon my vast experience I offer an established EHCP/ EHC Needs Assessment application service to parents. This includes discussing your child's needs, writing an extended application document, and follow-up support.

3. Writing and then editing the application/ request document - the applications which I write make clear reference to the Children and Families Act, the SEND Code of Practice and and several other laws, and are typically 4,000 to 7,000 words in length.
This also includes tabulating and labelling all of the relevant attachments that relate to your child's needs.

Many testimonials to the quality of my work can be found on this website and on my Facebook page.
"Chris is truly a wonderful human. He helped me review my son’s draft EHCP and did an excellent job, as I didn’t have time to go through it thoroughly.
I highly recommend him to any parent with kids with SEND. I called him after getting his number from a support group, and he immediately told me how he would be able to provide support.
He truly delivers a professional job".
"I can’t thank or recommend Chris enough for all of his help, support and professionalism in putting the EHCP together in such a short time was truly amazing.
It relieved such a burden from our family. I had multiple documents and assessments for my daughter.
Chris went through them one by one getting all of the points that were needed, to put together an informed and brilliantly written document for submission.
Chris gives a personal touch and is truly passionate about helping children achieve there potential and get the support and help they deserve.
I cannot recommend Chris enough to anyone that needs help and support with a EHCP. Excellent service".
