I wrote this book to help parents in England to get the support that their children are entitled to morally and legally.

Covering SEN provision, EHCPs and the appeals and tribunal process, each chapter has been set out as a number of questions and answers, featuring some of the most commonly asked queries that have come my way as an independent special educational needs adviser. Clear reference is made to the law and statutory documents.
